$40 surcharge in addition to the standard fee, per entity/SOP.
Rush Service of Process - first attempt within 48 hours of receiving documents and additional attempts made every 48 hours. Three attempts total.
$40 surcharge in addition to the standard fee (includes postings).
On Demand/Same Day Service of Process –first attempt made within 24 hours of receiving -or- served at a specific time and place per client’s request. Three attempts total.
$65 surcharge in addition to the standard fee (includes postings).
Off Road / Remote Area Surcharge
More than 1/4 mile of dirt/unpaved road or remote area (TBD) to get to location.
$50 surcharge in addition to the standard fee.
Delivery of Documents to Sheriff’s Department – deliver Writ or other documents to County Sheriff’s Department for service.
$40 flat rate – Lake County
$70 flat rate – Mendocino County
Messenger Service – pick up or delivery of documents to requested address for signature or service.
$60 flat rate
Levy - Lake or Mendocino Counties – Open Levy with LC Sheriff’s Department, serve garnishee and file POS with Sheriff Department.
$150 flat rate – Lake County
$220 flat rate – Mendocino County
Locate / PI Investigations – P.I. search / investigative service.
$60 per search / name.
Investigative / Insurance Intakes – meet client at specified time, complete forms, secure photos, and email back to client.
$85 flat rate
Notary Fee – POS which will require notarized signature
